Pilates at GV Physiotherapy Centre

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a physiotherapy-led exercise program designed to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support injury rehabilitation.

Unlike general Pilates classes, Clinical Pilates is individually tailored to your body, injury, and goals. Your physiotherapist selects and modifies exercises specifically for you, ensuring they are safe, effective, and appropriate for your stage of recovery and/or goals.
Clinical Pilates focuses on improving strength, posture, flexibility, and control-particularly through the core and stabilising muscles. It is suitable for people with pain, injuries, post-surgical conditions, or those looking to prevent future injury and move with more confidence.
All sessions are guided by a qualified physiotherapist to ensure correct technique and progression.
